Annual Spring Pops Concert
The Southeastern Massachusetts Wind Symphony, under the direction of Maestro Earl Raney, presents their annual spring concert featuring a splendid variety of classics, jazz, and pops. The program includes the fiery drive and rhythmic intensity of well-known Latin favorites Brazil, Besame Mucho, Perfidia, Mambo Jambo, and Feugo del alma, plus favorites by the Beatles, Eric Clapton and modern jazz crooner Michael Bublé. The evening closes with well-loved classics by Holst, Willson, and Sousa. There is nothing like cheering on your local musicians as they bring down the house with fabulous music!” says Conductor Raney.
The concert will take place on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 7:30 PM at Weber Theater on the campus of Wheaton College, 26 East Main Street, Norton, MA. Suggested Donation $5.
