Alfred J. “Butchie” Valenti, III
Alfred J. “Butchie” Valenti, III 49, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017. He was the husband of Michelle Lataille, P.h.D. Born in Providence, he was a son of Florence (Sharbuno) Valenti and the late, Alfred J. Valenti. Alfred was the beloved brother of Anthony, Edward, and Gina Valenti. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Alfred worked as a foreman for Lamar Outdoor Advertising Co. He was a member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, District Council #35. Alfred enjoyed fishing, boating and traveling.
A visitation will be held Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 4-8 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association of RI, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 will be appreciated.
