2018 Scholarship Recipients

The Lauren Zarembka Memorial Foundation is proud to announce the recipients of this year’s scholarships.

Hailey V. Placido $2,000.00 Graduate of East Providence High School.
Hailey will be attending Springfield College, majoring in Physicians Assistant Studies

Matthew Fagan $2,000.00 Graduate of East Providence High School.
Matthew is currently attending Rhode Island College, majoring in Performance Theater.

Tucker Curtis $1,000.00 Graduate of Chariho Regional High School.
Tucker will be attending Saint Michael’s College, majoring in Biochemistry-Pre-Med.

and wish them the best of luck as they begin, or continue on with their journey.

The Lauren Zarembka Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships to assist graduating and continuing students whose studies will be in the disciplines of, medicine, music/theater and culinary arts. Additionally the foundation also provides funding for music/theater programs and families battling Pediatric Cancer in cooperation with The Tomorrow Fund at Hasbro Children’s Hospital from Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
