School Committee Reports Residency Policy Is Working

The Seekonk School Committee discussed the district’s residency policy last month and reported that it has been successful, according to an article in the Sun Chronicle. More than 50 cases were reviewed by the district’s residency officer in the 2014-2015 school year and of those, 21 were town residents, and 17 were removed from the school system for not being town residents.
