Angela “Angie” Velardo, age 96, Seekonk, MA, died April 26, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph Velardo, Sr. Born in Natick, MA, she was a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Jennie (Tomasello) Arena.

She is survived by her children and daughters-in-law; Charles and Rachel Velardo of West Greenwich, RI, Joseph and Jeanne Velardo Jr. of Seekonk, MA, 1 granddaughter Cailyn Pawlowski and her husband Nicholas of N. Dighton, MA, her 2 great-grandsons; Emmett and Hudson. She was predeceased by her grandson Nicholas Velardo.

Her funeral will begin on Wednesday, May 2, at 9am from the Rebello Funeral Home and Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10am in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Coyle Drive, Seekonk, MA. Burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery in S. Attleboro. Visitation will be held on Wednesday morning from 8am until 9am.
