Albert D Wheatley, 89 passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Mary A. Wheatley (Brown). He is the son of the late Annie (Laycock) and The late Joseph H Wheatley. He is survived by his son, David K. Wheatley and his wife, Deborah R. Wheatley of Seekonk, MA, two daughters, Cynthia R Wheatley and Brenda L Wheatley both of Seekonk, MA, his grandson David A Wheatley, his wife Danielle Wheatley and great grandson Hunter D Wheatley, of ST. Antonio, TX his granddaughter Shayna L Wheatley of Seekonk, Ma, and his Daughter of the Heart, Walda K. Parker. Seekonk, MA

He is also survived by his brother George H. Wheatley of E. Greenwich RI and his sister Catherine E.A. Dame and her husband Don Dame of Whiting, VT. And the late Ceinwin Stebbings, Edith Cook, Gladys Whipple, Eleanor Dyer, Mary Hill, Nelson Langshaw and many nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the US Army as an MP following World War II. He was employed by Washburn Wire of E. Providence, RI for almost 30 years and also was employed by Modern Tractor and Trailor Construction of Seekonk, MA until retirement.
Al loved going to the casinos, watching old western tv shows/ movies and talking with his grandson and great grandson through facebook/skype. He loved his family with all his heart and soul.

There will be a funeral service for Mr. Wheatley on Wednesday, October 3rd at 10:00 am in the Manning-Heffern Funeral home, 68 broadway, Pawtucket. His burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Johnston.
