Six-Week Bereavement Support Series for Adults Experiencing Loss

Grief is a natural part of life when someone we love dies. Finding your way after a death may be difficult. Community VNA Hospice & Palliative Care has helped many people through their grief journey. You don’t have to do it alone.

Community VNA Hospice & Palliative Care Six-Week Grief Series offers information and support on the experience of loss and guides participants beginning their journey toward healing. This series takes place at Community VNA, 10 Emory Street in Attleboro, MA. Meetings are held once a week beginning Monday, April 13, 2020 from 6:30PM to 8:00PM and are facilitated by trained bereavement counselors. Registration by Friday, April 3, 2020 is required. Throughout the year, Community VNA Hospice & Palliative Care provides bereavement support. These support programs include regular meetings for adults and periodic programs for children. The bereavement care coordinator also assists individuals with finding ongoing psychological support. All programs and services are provided to the public free of charge.
