Posted

Walpole – August 14, 2017 – Candidate for Bristol & Norfolk State Senator Mike Berry today announced a second round of endorsements from elected Republican officials across the Commonwealth. Words of support come from Worcester Council Sheriff Lew Evangelidis and State Representative Kim Ferguson (R-Holden), who recently chaired a campaign event on Berry’s behalf.

“As a State Senator, Mike Berry will be a strong supporter of law enforcement, speaking out on common-sense ways to reduce the opioid epidemic, which continues to ravage towns in the Bristol & Norfolk district,” said Worcester County Sheriff Lew Evangelidis. “The Commonwealth’s sheriffs depend on leaders who understand and advocate for what departments need to keep communities safe, and I trust Mike Berry to be that leader.”

“During his campaign, Mike Berry has impressed me with his record of community service in Walpole. Serving at the local level is the best experience one can get to represent so many cities and towns on Beacon Hill,” said State Representative Kim Ferguson (R-Holden). “Mike understands how to operate as an elected official and support those whom he has worked for over the years. I look forward to seeing his experience strengthen the spirit of discussion at the State House.”

“I’m honored to receive the support of the men and women who work every day to support the vision of an efficient and capable government that delivers results every day on behalf of so many Massachusetts residents,” said Mike Berry. “As I continue to spread my message of transparency and accountability across the Bristol & Norfolk district, I will listen closely to the expertise of these Republican leaders who demonstrate what public service is truly about.”

Additionally, elected Republican officials lending their support to Mike Berry for State Senate include:
