Rhode Island Rose Society Presents “Miniature and Miniflora Roses” Program

The Rhode Island Rose Society will hold its November meeting at Brookdale East Bay, 1440 Wampanoag Trail, Riverside, RI on Saturday November 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The program is free and opened to the public.

This meeting will feature Cindy and Irwin Ehrenreich, American Rose Society Consulting Rosarians and owners of The Rose Man, a rose garden design and rose care service located on Cape Cod. The Ehrenreichs will present a PowerPoint presentation, “Miniature and Miniflora Roses” which will explore the history of miniature and miniflora roses, including the various hybridizers and their creations. They will also explain how to use miniature roses in your garden and where to purchase them.

Join the RI Rose Society on November 10 to learn all about miniature roses. Following the lecture, American Rose Society Consulting Rosarians will be available to answer questions about growing roses, including how to prepare your garden for the winter.
