Pamela Carroll “Pammy” Mutter, 32, of Greenwich Avenue passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at her home after a long personal struggle. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Christy Carroll, with whom she made her home, and Steven V. Mutter and Julia A. Forgue. Pammy was a people person and worked in the service industry for various restaurants. She was a graduate of East Providence High School, attended the University of Arizona with her brother Chris and was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. She liked French culture and spoke the language fluently. She enjoyed cooking, going to the beach and was an avid animal lover. She loved being Irish. Besides her parents, she leaves her loving brother, Christopher S. Mutter and his wife Megan, one nephew, Camden S. Mutter, her beloved cousin, Michael DiPasquale and aunts, uncles and cousins. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7. In lieu of flowers contributions in her name to the Scholarship Foundation of East Providence, P.O. Box 154438, East Providence, RI 02915 or Friends of Townie Athletics Organization, P.O. Box 16521, Rumford, RI 02916 would be appreciated.
