James P. Tracy

James P. Tracy, 73, of Riverside passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of Rachel M. Paradis and the late Suzanne R. (Hagenburg) Tracy. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late William E. and Gladys M. (Howarth) Tracy. Jim was the Vice President for Sales at Image Printing in Warwick. He was a communicant of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Barrington and was very active in several of the church ministries. Jim was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Besides his wife he leaves one son, Patrick J. Tracy and his wife Colleen of Pittsburgh, one daughter, Bethany G. Wharton and her husband Keith of Worcester, four grandchildren, Jacob, Emily, Simon and Julia and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Gloria Smith, Marie Cullen and William Tracy. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10:30 am in St. John’s Episcopal Church, 191 County Road, Barrington. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7 pm in the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Please omit flowers.
