Good Neighbors Sets “Souper” Soiree for October 14

Good Neighbors Soup Kitchen and Day Shelter will host its largest fundraiser of the year, the “Souper” Soiree, on Saturday, October 14 at 6:30 PM in St. Brandan’s Parish Hall.
The event will feature a buffet dinner catered by 1149 Restaurant, raffles, and a silent auction. More than 150 guests are expected to attend.
Tickets are $40 per person. A variety of corporate sponsorships are available, ranging from $250 to $2,500, and program ads range from $25 - $100, depending on the size of the ad.
Good Neighbors is located in Riverside and provides meals, clothing, a food pantry, and other essential services free of charge to those in need in East Providence and surrounding areas. A growing number of people rely on the Good Neighbors each day for a hot meal, supplementary food, and other assistance.
