Five Residential Properties Realtors® Earn "Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award"

Providence, R.I. (October 7, 2016) – Partnering with Five Star Professional, Rhode Island Monthly Magazine has announced Residential Properties Ltd. Sales Associates Kira Greene, David Hasslinger, Erica Kregling, Kathleen Pierard, and Rebecca Rubin as recipients of the 2016 Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award.

According to RI Monthly, the award was created to “identify up-and-coming real estate agents in the Rhode Island area who provide exceptional service to clients.” In order to determine the awards, the Five Star Professional research team contacts hundreds of consumers and respected real estate professionals each year. These recent homebuyers and sellers are asked to provide evaluations of their agent based on several criteria, including overall satisfaction and how likely they would be to recommend the agent to a friend or family member.

In order to be eligible for the award, agents must meet production requirements based on number of transactions and sales volume, while also maintaining a favorable regulatory and complaint history.

Kathleen Pierard joined Residential Properties in 2015 as a member of the Rockwell & Pierard Team. She is a native Rhode Islander and a lifelong resident of Rumford. Graduating from Providence College with a BA, Kathleen worked in the insurance industry on both the company and agency side as an underwriter and marketing specialist. The Rockwell & Pierard Team earned the Circle of Excellence Gold Award from the Greater Providence Board of Realtors each of the past two years.
