Shirley A. (Giuliano) Fiocco

Shirley A. (Giuliano) Fiocco, age 83, of Wilmarth Avenue, East Providence passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on March 14, 2024. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Fiocco.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Concetta (Marotti) Giuliano.

Shirley was a supervisor at the ABC Cleaning Company for many years before retiring in 2011. She also previously worked as a bus monitor for the Marwell Trucking Inc in North Providence, RI.

Shirley was known to many for her infectious laugh and her beautiful smile. She had the voice of an angel. She loved to sing in choirs as well as weddings and funerals. Her greatest joy was her relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and also spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, attending their sporting events and dance recitals. She loved taking them to trampoline parks, to the movies and playgrounds. Shirley was loved by so many and will be so deeply missed. Life will not be the same without her.

She was the beloved mother of Denise Fiocco, Doreen Dimarco and Robert R. Fiocco and his wife Lorraine; cherished grandmother of Matthew DiMarco and his wife Karissa, Dawn DiMarco and Jacob, Andrew and Abriella Fiocco and great grandmother of Ellie Rose DiMarco. She was also the sister of the late Dorothy Giuliano.

According to Shirley’s wishes, Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 20, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
