Pearl R. Houle
Pearl R. Houle, age 83, of Rumford, died December 14, 2017 at RI Hospital. She was the wife of Thomas F. Houle. They were married for 67 years.
Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Archie and Anna (Morois) Sanville.
She worked as an assembler for Darlene Jewelry until her retirement.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children; Wayne Houle and his wife LuAnn of Indiana, Richard Houle and his wife Diana of Pawtucket, Thomas A. Houle and his wife Beth of Alabama, Carolyn Lopes of Rumford. She leaves 7 grandchildren; Allison, Scott, Steven, Amie, Jean-Luc, Ian, Tim and 3 great grandchildren; Austin, Marissa, and Zaden.
She was predeceased by her son-in-law Paul Lopes and her siblings Wallace, Walter and Richard Sanville.
Her funeral will begin on Tuesday at 9am from the Rebello funeral Home and Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10am in St. Margaret’s Church, 1098 Pawtucket Ave., East Providence, RI. Burial will be at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday 5-8pm.
