Pauline L. (Guillemette) Dugas, 90, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence.

Pauline resided in Rumford and Jerusalem, RI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Laurence (Brassard) Guillemette, sister, Lucie Webb, brothers, Paul and Pierre Guillemette and great-granddaughter, Sophia Lu Boudreau.

She is survived by her eight children, Martha Lundquist and her husband, Kipton, of Edina, MN, Caroline Mulhearn and her husband, James, of Wakefield, RI, Deborah Derby and her husband, Richard, of Tiburon, CA, Jacqueline Walker of Ft. Myers, FL, Cynthia Benson and her husband, Stephen, of Foxboro, MA, Theodore Dugas of Rumford, RI, Sarah Abt and her husband, William, of Wakefield, RI, and Natalie Pearson and her husband, Thomas of Lincoln, RI. Grandchildren are Padrin Lundquist Grimstad, Prinna Lundquist Boudreau, Peter Lundquist, Pharon Lundquist Beek, Perek Lundquist, Megan Mulhearn Rank, Michael Mulhearn, Christopher Mulhearn, Justin Derby, Lauren Derby Malachowski, Cynthia Derby, Gregory Walker, Matthew Walker, Jacqueline Benson Buttimer, Patrick Benson, LeeAna Benson, Rebecca Abt, Joshua Abt, Ashley Pearson and Mark Pearson. Pauline is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Pauline attended Pembroke College in Brown University and was formerly employed by Cranston Community Action; Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office for Arlene Violet and Rhode Island Division of Elderly Affairs.

Pauline treasured her summers spent in Jerusalem with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Monday, October 15th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
