Marilyn J. Croce, 87, formerly of Willett Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on October 9, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Kent Hospital, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of Dr. Anthony L. Croce D.D.S.

Born in Omaha, NE, a daughter of the late Ralph and Grace (Bates) Rogers, she lived in Riverside for 55 years.

Mrs. Croce was a volunteer at St. Brendan Church where she taught Religious Education for special needs children. She also taught exercise classes at the East Providence Senior Center for the AFEP, formerly the PACE program. She also was a hospice volunteer.

Marilyn had a zest for life and a love of travel and beautiful scenery. She was a phenomenal mother and extremely devoted grandmother and great grandmother and fully enjoyed her family and friends.

Besides her husband of 61 years, she is survived by three daughters, Linda M. Croce of East Providence, Lisa A. Tuck of Warwick and Laurie E. DeLuca of Coventry; five grandchildren, Mandy Gadoury, Nicole Salvadore, Daniel Kelley, Elena Hutton and Bryant Lemay and eight great grandchildren, Austin, Aiden, Anthony, Nathan, Andrew, Lillie, Isaiah and Jabrel. She was the mother of the late David L. Croce.

A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday October 14, 2017 in the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 2 p.m. Calling hours are Saturday afternoon 12 noon-2 p.m. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
