Louis F. Vastano

Louis F. Vastano, 82, of East Providence passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of the late Helen M. (Matthews) Vastano. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Joseph J. and Mary Lou (Piccolo) Vastano. Mr. Vastano was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a Supervising Tool Setter for EG&G Sealol before retiring. He leaves three daughters, Kimberly Vastano, Stacey Vastano-Parenteau and Rhonda Pimentel, three sons, Louis Vastano, Jr., Lenny Pimentel and Scott Pimentel, one sister, Margarite BarBarita, one brother, Joseph Vastano, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 346 Waterman Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
