Helen R. “Robin” (Wood) Conway, 78, of East Providence, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Orchard View Manor in East Providence. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was a daughter of the late George H. Wood Sr. and Lillian R. (Keegan) Wood. She leaves three sons; John T. Finnerty, Jr. of Cumberland, Michael G. Finnerty of East Providence, Kevin J. Finnerty and his wife Angela of West Warwick, five daughters; Shawn K. Finnerty and James Ferns of Cranston, Karin L. DiPietro of East Providence, Maureen H. Faella and her husband Paul of East Providence, Kerri A. Conway of East Providence, Kristin L. Conway of East Providence, five grandchildren; Cory DiPietro, Lauren Finnerty, Kaitlyn Finnerty, Nicholas Faella and Rachel DiPietro, one great grandson, Stephen Coates, seven brothers; James K. Wood of Houston, TX, George H. Wood, Jr. of Pascoag, Raymond J. N. Wood of Rumford, Alan M. Wood of East Providence, Douglas J. Wood of Dade City, FL, Bruce T. Wood of Seekonk, MA, Charles F. Wood of Johnston, four sisters; Ann M. Wood-King of Texas City, TX, Cathryn R. Brennan of Dania Beach, FL, Susan J. Jesseman of Haverhill, NH, Ellen McGinley of Dallas, TX. She was the sister of the late, Lillian R. Kretz, Richard Wood and Mary Ann Wood.
