Gil Enos, Jr.

Gil Enos, Jr.,74, of Riverside, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was the husband of Sheila M. (Dugan) Enos for 48 years.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Gil and Palmeda (Valentine) Enos.
Gil was a central office technician for Verizon for 41 years before retiring. He was a 1965 graduate of East Providence High School. He was an avid sports fan and a New England Patriots and PC Friars Basketball season ticket holder.

Besides his wife he leaves two children, Jennifer Moitoso and her husband Jeffrey of Rehoboth, Michael Enos and his wife Casandra of Riverside, four grandchildren, Abby Moitoso, Kevin Moitoso, Gavin Enos and Jaxson Enos, five siblings, Judith McDermott, Kenneth Enos, Pamela Furgasso, Marguerite Lamb, and Stephen Enos.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM in Saint Brendan's Church, 60 Turner Avenue, Riverside. Burial with Military Honors will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Wednesday from 5-7 P.M. in the PERRY-MCSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence.
