The Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act helps create tax-free savings accounts for individuals with disabilities.

At this informational workshop, you will hear industry expert, Kevin Nerney, Associate Director of the RI Developmental Disabilities Council, speak about what is an ABLE Account, what is a “qualifying” expense and how you can still remain eligible for SSI, Medicaid and other public benefits

The Public is welcome to attend all EPLAC meetings
