Elaine A. Carroll, 91, of East Providence, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Charles E. Carroll to whom she was married 70 years.

Born in East Providence, RI she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Maria (Maiden) Karras. Mrs. Carroll enjoyed good food, playing cards in her weekly Hi-Lo Jack games, and going to casinos. She was never lost for words, but most of all she adored her family especially her grandchildren.

Besides her loving husband, she leaves one daughter, Joanne Miele, and her husband John of Johnston, one son, Charles E. Carroll, Jr. and his wife Carol of Barrington, three grandsons, Jason Miele and his wife Megan, Sean Miele, Michael Miele, three great-grandchildren, Theo, Addison, Paige Miele, brother-in-law, Donald Levesque, and two grand dogs, Choppa, and Athena. She was the sister of the late Betty Karras, and Andrew Karras, the sister-in-law of Eileen Levesque.

Burial will be private.
