Eileen Ann (Almeda) Lewis

Eileen Ann (Almeda) Lewis, 86, of Ridge Dr., East Providence, passed away with her family at her side, Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2017. She was the wife of the late Robert Charles Lewis.

Born July 18, 1931, in East Providence, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Celestina (Traverse) Almeda.

She was the mother of Deborah Laughlin, Mary-Ellen MacDonald, and the late Joyce Pereira; the grandmother of Lee, Danny, Jaime, Alec and Aiden; great grandmother of Paris, Sydney, Mason, Liam and Olivia; and the sister of the late Lester Almeda.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service, Monday, Nov. 27, at 10am in the Hope Congregational Church, 120 Wampanoag Trail, East Providence, 02914.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the Hope Congregational Church.
