Dolores Travers
Dolores Travers, 88, of Willett Ave, Riverside, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. Born Nov. 30, 1928, in Providence, she was the last surviving daughter of the late John William Travers and Mary (Torres) Travers.
She was the sister of the late Mary Benevides, Laura Travers, Irene Weston, Lidia Travers, Agnes O’Brien, William Travers, John Travers, Arthur, and Urban Travers. She is survived by 11 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will begin Saturday, Oct. 21, at 7:45am from the Rebello Funeral Home and Crematory, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9am in St. Francis Xavier Church, 81 No. Carpenter St., East Providence. Burial will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
