Delfina Cardoso, 61, left this world peacefully on Thursday, April 12, 2018 to join her family and friends in the kingdom of heaven. In her last days in this world, she was surrounded by her loving family. Delfina was the greatest mom a child could ever ask for; always sacrificing to ensure her children had the opportunities she was never afforded in life. She leaves behind two sons and a grandson, whom she loves dearly and is so proud of, two beautiful daughters-in-law which she treated as her own, and a sister with two amazing nieces whom she loved immensely. She will live on in our hearts and will be missed every day until we meet again in the world to come. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 8:00 AM from the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of The Rosary Church, 21 Traverse Street, Providence. She will be laid to rest besides her beloved sister Fatima in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
