David B. Lamberton Sr.,

David B. Lamberton Sr., 91, of Circuit Drive, Riverside died peacefully on November 28, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Louise Mary (Rizzardini) Lamberton.

Born in Providence a son of the late Robert and Agnes (Bond) Lamberton, he was a lifelong resident of East Providence.

Mr. Lamberton was a Police Officer for the East Providence Police Department for 33 years before retiring in 1981. He also was a supervisor in the mail room at the former Fleet Bank for 13 years before retiring in 1994.

David was a member of the St. Theresa’s Church, Pawtucket, Senior Club and the St. Raphael Academy Men’s Association.

He is survived by two sons, David B. Lamberton Jr of New York City, NY and Peter G. Lamberton of Riverside. He was the brother of the late John Lamberton, Mary Lamberton, Winifred Carvalho and Elizabeth Homer.
