Christopher M. Beatrice, 43, of East Providence, Rhode Island, originally from Framingham, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 2, 2019 with his family and loved ones by his side.

His infectious laugh, bright smile and love for his family will be forever greatly missed by his wife Valerie (Loiselle) Beatrice (formerly of Quincy, MA) and daughter Abigail of East Providence Rhode Island; mother Joanne Beatrice, father Patrick Beatrice, both of Framingham; sister Erika (Beatrice) Sherman (formerly of Framingham, MA), brother-in-law Matthew Sherman and nephew Jackson, of Marshfield; brother-in-law Jason Loiselle (formerly of Quincy, MA), sister-in-law Carrie-Ann Loiselle and nephew Lucas all of Princeton, New Jersey; and mother-in-law Maryellen Loiselle of Quincy, MA.

He was a devoted father and husband, loving son and brother and loyal friend to those who knew and loved him. An avid lover of music, nature and animals, Chris enjoyed following Phish, volunteering his time to various animal rescue organizations, being outdoors in the garden or working on his house and spending the warm days with his family on Rhode Island beaches. He was an accomplished and competitive swimmer starting at a young age on the beaches of Prudence Island, and had a profound interest in astronomy and all things earthly. Chris's passion for art led him to graduate from Framingham State University with a degree in Art History and he enjoyed frequenting art galleries, institutes and museums whenever possible. He loved his work with the East Providence School District and was always working on community involvement and "keeping it Rhody". His pride and joy in life, the reason for the sparkle in his eye and his self-proclaimed greatest accomplishment will always be his daughter, Abby. He truly loved his family, was called a brother by many and was a friend to all. Chris's caring and generosity will forever live in our hearts.

Please join us for a celebration of his extraordinary life.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.

Burial will take place privately at a later date.
