Bernard V. Lamarre

Bernard V. Lamarre , 85, of Holland Avenue, Riverside, RI died peacefully on June 5, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was the son to the late Estelle and Alphonse Lamarre. He was the beloved husband of Judith I. Lamarre (Yates).

He worked at Quonset point as a civil service worker for thirty years. He was an aircraft mechanic for 24 years in the Air National Guard. He served in Operation Desert Storm and retired as a Master Sergeant.

He was a parishioner of St. Brendan’s Church for 50 years. He enjoyed bowling, dancing and spending time with his loving family. His favorite past time was watching the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He was very witty and brought a lot of laughter and joy to his family.

He leaves behind one son, Bernard J. Lamarre and his wife Kelly L. Lamarre, and one daughter, Elizabeth A. Kaiser and her husband Milton F. Kaiser Jr. He is survived by a brother Richard H. Lamarre and a sister Marguerite Pimental. He was predeceased by his sister Estelle Gentile. He also leaves five granddaughters, Katelyn E. Lamarre, Kerri Ann Lamarre, Erin Rose Lamarre, Jenna Nicole Kaiser and Hailey Elizabeth Kaiser.
