Barbara M. (Casartello) Crother

Barbara M. (Casartello) Crother, 91 of Riverside, RI passed away Thursday February 1, 2018. She was the wife of the late Howard F. Crother. Born in Pawtucket, RI. Barbara was a lifelong resident of East Providence and the daughter of the late Emanual R. and Eva E. (Follows) Casartello.

Barbara graduated from East Providence High School in 1944 and later graduated from Nursing school in 1947 and was a nurse at Roger William Hospital for many years. She was a communicant of St. Marks Church for many years.

Barbara leaves behind three daughters, Merdith Shaw of Florida, Cynthia B. McGill of East Providence, RI and Patricia R. Whittet of East Providence, RI. One Brother, the late Charks R. Casar of Chatham MA., seven grandchildren and fifteen great Grandchildren.

Barbara’s funeral and burial will be private.
