Armando F. Rodrigues
Armando F. Rodrigues, 84 of Office Parkway, East Providence, passed away on November 2, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Impatient Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Margarida Rodrigues (Grilo) for fourteen years and the late Ana Rodrigues (Pimentel) for forty years.
Born on July 30, 1933 in Flores, Azores, he was the son of the late Joao Augusto and Lina do Carmo (Freitas) Rodrigues.
Mr. Rodrigues was a Machinist for many years with American Insulated wire, A member of IBEW, and Saint Francis Xavier Church.
He leaves one son: Joseph Rodrigues, and daughter in law-Heather Smith-Rodrigues, two grandchildren, Ashley and J.R., one sister: Aldina de Lurdes Lourenco of Lisbon, Portugal and the late Maria Evelina Rodrigues and Angelo A. Rodrigues.
His funeral will be held Monday November 6, 2017 at 8:45 am in the Rebello funeral Home& Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence R.I., to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Francis Xavier Church, N. Carpenter Street, Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held Sunday, from 4:00-7:00 pm in the funeral home.
