Simone M. Silva, 80, of South Broadway passed away Friday February 17, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of William E. Silva, Jr. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Cecile (Dube) Dube. Besides her husband she leaves three daughters, Sandra Rianna of East Providence, Lisa Zeppa and her husband Thomas of Warwick, Tina Carroll and her husband Michael of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, one son, William A. Silva and his wife Deborah of Smithfield, five grandchildren, William and Brian Silva, Kerry Rollinson, Patrick and Devin Pilkington, three sisters and one brother. She was pre-deceased by six siblings. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our lady of Loreto Church, Waterman Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Tuesday 5-8.
